Daily Order cut off time is 2.00PM. Delivery will be available within next 4 working days through a third-party Courier service (We will notify the tracking no & service provider details by email) Maximum weight per box is 22kg /Ticket, Each order consider as a box of 22kg if the ordered weight exceeds more than 22kg then it will consider as a paid ticket of $15.

Frozen Goods Delivery Policy (High‑Risk Items)

We do not recommend ordering frozen goods online. Frozen products require strict temperature control, and normal courier services cannot guarantee frozen or chilled conditions during transit.

If a customer chooses to order frozen items online, they automatically accept full responsibility for any temperature loss, product damage, or quality issues. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

• No refunds, replacements, or product guarantees will be provided for frozen goods ordered online.

• We only use standard courier services — NOT chilled, frozen, or temperature‑controlled delivery options.

• For best quality and safety, pickup from our store location is strongly recommended.
